Harbour Towne Enterprises was established in 2007 by Matthew Freeze. We are a locally owned and operated small business based in Belle Haven, Virginia. We service the Delmarva Peninsula, Accomac and Northampton County area, as well as Southern Maryland. We have over 3 decades of combined experience, and can handle any job whether it be residential, commercial or historical.
A word from Matthew Freeze (owner):
“I grew up in the construction industry and always had summer jobs involving construction throughout high school and college. After college my wife and I decided to return to the Shore to pursue our passions – construction was (and is) my passion. To be able to create something from a concept or idea into a finished product is very gratifying to me.
